Welcome to Nova Creations. By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Services

Nova Creations provides Shopify development, design, migration, maintenance, SEO, CRO and related eCommerce services. The scope of each engagement is defined in a separate agreement or proposal.

2. Payments

• Project fees are outlined in the proposal.
• A milestone-based payment schedule is typically followed with an initial deposit.
• All fees are non-refundable once work has commenced unless otherwise stated in the agreement.

3. Client Responsibilities

• Provide timely feedback, content and required assets.
• Ensure that all materials shared with us are legally owned or licensed to you.
• Maintain your own Shopify account and third-party subscriptions.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, ownership of custom code and design deliverables transfers to the client. Nova Creations retains rights to reusable frameworks, tools and processes developed independently.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential information private and not to disclose it to third parties without written consent.

6. Portfolio Rights

Unless requested otherwise in writing, Nova Creations reserves the right to display completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials.

7. Warranty & Support

We warrant our work against defects for 30 days post-launch. Ongoing support is available under a separate maintenance agreement.

8. Limitation of Liability

Nova Creations shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Total liability will not exceed the fees paid for the specific project.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate an engagement with written notice. The client remains liable for work completed up to the termination date.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
